Executive Team

Mr. Abhimanyu Arya

He has done his graduation in Finance from Indiana University-USA in 2008 and MBA from Narsee Monjee University in Mumbai in 2014. After that he lived in China for 1 year to establish contacts with suppliers from China and to learn trade practices prevalent there. He has learnt Chinese language there, which gives him a much-added advantage to deal with the Chinese counter parts. He has also worked with Harbin Electric India Company before starting JB Enterprise which has given much experience in the Power Plant Sector.

Dr. Yogesh Kumar

Independent responsibility of commissioning, full load operations and maintenance of turbine. It includes 4X600 MW Dong fang machine, 1X600 BHEL machine, 3X660 Dong fang machine and 4X300 MW Dong fang machine. Quick troubleshoot and sound knowledge of PM, CBM and overhauling. Specialist in Turbine Governing, Machinery Lubrication and Vibration Analysis.

Mr. Balkrishna Dwivedi

He is Mechanical Engineer from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur and has been associated with the power sector for the past 25 years. He has wide experience of working in Business Development, EPC Contracts and Commercial with professional organizations like Reliance Power, JSW Energy, Thermax, Doosan-Babcock, Rolls-Royce Energy, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company and Power-China Group (SEPCOIII).

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Panchal (Generator Expert)

• Over 40+ rotors servicing in Customer sites and Vadodara workshop; Inspection, RR disassembly, Repairs and Rewinding these includes both Hydrogen and Air-Cooled Machines.
• Wide spread rotor service knowledge on OEM & OEM design viz. WY 18/21, GE, SIEMENS, ABB, BHEL, JEUMONT, GE and Exc.
• Hands on experience in Steam Turbine and Generator Stator & Rotor Repair and Rewindings, more than 20 sites. Journal Maintenance of EOT Cranes, VTL, Lathe and Milling Machines.

Mr. Ronak Kumar Dave (Generator Lead)

• Wide spread rotor service knowledge on OEM & Other OEM design viz. WY 18/21(Alstom), SIEMENS, ABB, BHEL, JEUMONT, GE, Jinan, Harbin, Don fang, Hitachi)  Rewinding Process of service Rotor and Stator. Assembling and Disassembling process of Stator and rotor
• Marking of slots for phase change Wedging, ripple spring assembly &Wedge deflection measurement
• Phase ring & series connection with brazing & insulation tapping
• Full & Partial Rotor Rewinding with new F class Insulation
• Rotor Retaining Ring Assembly and disassembly
